TWO ZUMBA CLASSES ON MONDAYS
- ZUMB GOLD: Mondays (12:00PM – 12:45PM) Modified Zumba recreates original moves at lower intensity, suitable for seniors and new improvers.
- ZUMBA WITH BECKY: Mondays (5:30PM – 6:15PM) : Adult dance -based fitness, blend of Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow movements.
Cost: £3.20 per session
