Langworthy Food Club

We have been a running a food club with food donated by Fareshare: Greater Manchester for the last few years.

We currently support over 40 local people, Membership costs £3.50 per week.

Anne’s Pantry is a community based project staffed with volunteers:

“I run the pantry (Food Club) every Tuesday and there is a very special person who helps me to do this.  Her name is Leanne and she is one of our valued Volunteers.  She is on site every Tuesday and supports me to set up, serve customers and telephones our club members to let them know we are up and running.  Leanne has been with us now for 18 months and has proved to be a huge helping hand both to me and our club members.”
