TWO ZUMBA CLASSES ON MONDAYS
- ZUMB GOLD: Mondays(12:15PM – 1:00PM) Modified Zumba recreates original moves at lower intensity, suitable for seniors and new improvers.
- ZUMBA WITH BECKY: Mondays(5:30PM – 6:15PM) : Adult dance -based fitness, blend of Latin and internationl rhythms with easy-to-follow movements.
Both Zumba classes cost £2.50 per session, cash only.
