Join us for a week-long event showcasing history of people, places and events in Salford over the years as we celebrate 100 years of Salford as a city.
This is a combination of art, storytelling, heritage walks and community celebration to capture and celebrate memories of Salford.
Activities will include:
- A public exhibition at our centre showcasing artwork representing Salford’s history: 20th -24th April
- A participatory storytelling activity called “100 Words for 100 Years”
- Five local heritage walks: 20th – 24th April
- A community heritage film and final celebration event bringing together everyone in our community, refreshments provided.
