Langworthy Cornerstone is committed to ensuring our community centre is welcoming, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of local people. 

To support this, we are currently carrying out a community consultation to better understand the experiences, interests, and priorities of residents in our local area.

We would really appreciate your support in sharing the following questionnaire with the people you work with or support.

The information gathered will help us to:

• Understand who we are currently reaching and who we may be missing
• Improve existing activities and develop new groups and services
• Ensure activities are accessible, relevant, and delivered at times that work for the community
• Shape future community development work and funding applications

Feedback from this consultation will directly influence how the centre is used and the activities we offer. We want our work to reflect the voices and lived experiences of the people who use — or would like to use — Langworthy Cornerstone.

Taking part is completely voluntary. All questions are optional, and any personal information shared will only be used for the purpose participants agree to. All responses will be treated confidentially and used solely to help improve our community offer.
