Established in 2006, Langworthy Cornerstone<\/strong> is a trusted local charity based in Salford, dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals and families across the communities of Weaste and Seedley, Langworthy, Ordsall, Pendleton, Charlestown, and The Quays.<\/p>

The Cornerstone Centre is a large purpose-built Community Anchor and Healthy Living Centre in the heart of Salford, operating as a vibrant community hub which hosts a wide range of services and activities, including a Job Caf\u00e9, Volunteering opportunities, Wellbeing Sessions and Fitness Classes, Seniors\u2019 Groups and Men\u2019s Health Program, Art Exhibitions, and Community Events.<\/p>

Within the Centre are key partner organisations and services such as Salford Disability Forum<\/strong>, Salford d\/Deaf Community<\/strong>, Living Well<\/strong>, Citizens Advice Salford<\/strong>,\u00a0Can-Survive UK, Family Hub,<\/strong> a Children\u2019s Day Nursery<\/strong>, and a busy GP practice<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

The Centre provides flexible office rentals and is home to the well-loved Jigsaw Caf\u00e9<\/strong>, offering fresh meals, drinks, and a buffet service.<\/p>

Our Team consists of a committed group of Staff, Trustees, Volunteers and Service Users who are passionate about making a positive difference in the community.<\/p>

We held a joyful re-launch event to celebrate all the new ideas and opportunities we will be bringing to our users in the near future. It was a great event, attended by the City Mayor (Paul Dennett), our local MP (Rebecca Long-Bailey), Tony Walsh (Longfella \u2013 poet) and many other wonderful individuals and groups.<\/span><\/p>

The event highlighted that the Cornerstone truly is\u00a0your space<\/strong>\u00a0and we encourage anyone and everyone to come along and try something with us.<\/span><\/p>
