About Langworthy Cornerstone<\/h2>

Langworthy Cornerstone Association (LCA) is a community-based charity and Healthy Living Centre supporting residents across Langworthy and the wider Salford area.<\/p>

We deliver a wide range of health, wellbeing, social inclusion, volunteering, arts, community development and cost-of-living support activities, working closely with local residents and our partners across the voluntary, statutory and community sectors.<\/p>

About the Role<\/h2>

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Manager<\/strong> to provide operational leadership across our community services, projects and programmes.<\/p>

You will be responsible for ensuring services are well planned, effectively managed, appropriately staffed and delivered safely and to a high standard. You will lead and support staff and volunteers, oversee funded projects, monitor performance, manage resources and contribute to the continued development of LCA\u2019s services.<\/p>

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team<\/strong>, you will help turn our strategic priorities into effective operational delivery and ensure that our services respond to local community needs.<\/p>
